 In addition, The Liberated Minds Travel Program creates in-depth curriculum materials to engage and encourage youth and their families to study each destination of travel prior to departure from an Afrikan worldview with the intent to highlight “our”story, not “his”story, in order to instill and provide a sense of identity which assists in promoting a strong foundation, high self-esteem, and a confidence that is based on a proven legacy of greatness. By taking part in this self-paced study, one will have the opportunity to hone in on the culturally relevant magnificence of our travel destination and be ready and eager to maximize their travel journey to it’s fullest potential.

Young Entrepreneur Power

Last, but not least, Liberated Minds Travel is always working to develop high-powered skills in business ownership and entrepreneurship. Young Entrepreneur Power gives our youth an opportunity to participate in and feel the achievement of raising their own funds for their trip through entrepreneurial endeavors guided by our very own Liberated Minds Black Business Gurus. The program requires a 6-week course commitment to developing their personal small business with step by step instructions that assist in the process of “raising capital and consciousness” (Dr. Chike Akua). Each child will not only be equipped to raise the funds for their travel, but to also sustain the beginnings of a budding business with the potential to grow exponentially.
